WHAT PRICES DO YOUR FLATS RANGE FROM ?
Our flats start at around £160 per week for a self contained studio apartment and go up to £650 per week for penthouse and warehouse apartments.
WHAT DEPOSIT DO YOU TAKE ?
Before you move into any property we will require 1 calendar month’s rent in advance and 6 weeks’ rent as a security deposit. The security deposit is returnable to you at the end of the tenancy depending on the condition of the property.

Once you have viewed a property that you like we will require a one week’s rent holding deposit. This will allow us to take the property off the market so you can be secure in the knowledge that the property is yours.
WHAT REFERENCES DO YOU REQUIRE ?
The references that we need from each named occupant for a private let are: work reference, bank reference, character reference and if possible a previous landlord’s reference. Once you have reserved a property the negotiator will get you to complete an application form and we will obtain the references on your behalf.
HOW LONG CAN I RENT FOR ?
The minimum period that you can rent for is 6 months and most landlords are happy to sign up to 12 months. You can also have a break clause within your agreement which will allow you to serve either one or two months’ notice after the initial period of six months.
HOW LONG SHOULD I ALLOW TO FIND A PROPERTY ?
The rental market is fast-moving but to be safe, 2-3 weeks before you are looking to move is a good time scale.
Our property database is ever changing. As one of the busiest agents locally we are confident that we will be able to find you somewhere nice to live. If you are looking to move in the near future please fill out the tenant form and a negotiator will contact you shortly.
